Relieve
In the previous semester, there are competitions among the participants. The categories are best costumes, best booth, and best presentation.
After the culture event, all the students packed all things just like before they start the event. However, all the participants do receive hamper for their hard work. Even though it is tiring and also they have to spend quite a lot amount of money, they do enjoy it through out the day.
Hopefully, all the DECOM students will have the opportunity to learn new things, new culture and get new experience.

In addition, the students and lecturers will be entertain with the demonstration by the participants and also some tasty foods that have been provided for them.
Towards the end of the day, even though it is a bit tiring for them, surely they enjoy the day because of the experience that they receive as they represent the country or culture that they might not know about it before.

Unity
By knowing other culture, we will automatically respect others and at the same time, they will do the same. For example, in Malaysia we have different cultures and we share the festivals that others celebrate. In Malaysia, we have Hari Raya Aidilfitri/ Aidiladha, Chinese New Year, Christmas, and Deepavali. This shows that even though we have different cultures, different background, it doesn't stop us from respect other people, and we still live in harmony compare to other countries.

Efforts and Preparations
In order to make their presentation interesting, the students have work very hard and put every effort to make it an outstanding and attractive to the visitors. They will search for costumes as a representative of the country or culture, foods to feed their visitors and some information of the culture and country.
Besides that, it can make them more understand about other people regarding the way they behave.

Division of group/ Research
After the students have been briefing and get the picture or purpose and theme for the semester, they were given into groups and the size of the group depend on the total number of the students in the class.
After they have decided on the country they have chose, they were given some time to do research on the culture of the country, and they have to focus on their objective and they have to make sure that they understand of the culture really well. If they have difficulties with their goal and objective, they can change their country with other country that they think much easier and they are able to present the country with confident.
For their presentation, students are allowed to bring any materials that they think might help them to give an effective presentation. It can be in any different form of material. For example, costumes, foods, games, history or anything that represents the country.
In addition, the students are allowed to decorate their booth to make it interesting and to attract people to visit them.

Introduction
Culture is the patterns of behavior and thinking that people living in social groups learn, create, and share. A people’s culture includes their beliefs, rules of behavior, language, rituals, art, technology, styles of dress, ways of producing and cooking food, religion, and political and economic. In culture, there are subculture that have been practicing by groups of people.
By having different culture in one country, we should be proud because we have the chance to learn and share our culture with others. Besides that, as we are living in modern society and the existence of technology and internet, we get the chance to be expose to different culture from different country.
As semester 4 student of Diploma in English Communication in KPM Indera Mahkota, they have the opportunities to learn about cultures and they have to present it as what they call 'CULTURE EVENT'. Every semester they have different themes of what the culture might be. For example, Asian country, subcultures etc.
